Elmsted Court Farm is a welcoming place to stay in the heart of the Kent North Downs AONB. Surrounded by 200 acres of open fields and beautiful countryside, yet only 10 miles from the centres of Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone, we are perfect for a holiday break or as a convenient stopover for ongoing journeys.

Dating back to 14th century, we have a choice of bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation available. Our bed and breakfast has been awarded a 4-Star Silver Award by Visit England. Our rooms can be configured a twin, double or for a family, and have en suite facilities. Our award-winning farmhouse breakfast in the morning is not-to-be-missed! At Elmsted Court, we also have the superb 3-Star Gold-rated rated Dairy Cottage. This is a 3-bedroomed ground floor holiday home with private garden and parking.
