Bramley Knowle Farm

Bramley Knowle Farm offers bed and breakfast self-catering accommodation surrounded by open fields, near Ulcombe, 10 miles outside of Maidstone. Close to the M20 offering excellent links to London and the Kent coast, yet still benefitting from a peaceful location, we are ideal for a holiday break or travellers looking for a stopover en route to France.

Our B & B rooms are equipped with Freeview TV, DVD and refreshment tray. We have a double en suite room, a double room with private bathroom and a small twin room that can only be booked with the double room for families. A cooked English breakfast is included in our rates.

Apple Pye Cottage is situated away from the main house. There is a kitchen / dining / living room with TV / DVD player, sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The double bedroom has a shower en suite suitable for wheelchairs and there is also a twin room and shower room. Outside is a large patio area and a smaller area of grass in front of cottage.

We are well-located for visits to Leeds Castle. Bramley Knowle is also close to the Kent coastline or ideal for walking along the Downs. Whatever your reason for visiting, owners Diane and Martin will ensure you have an enjoyable stay with them.
