Beech Croft Cottage is a traditional stone cottage offering a homely place to stay in the village of Castleton in the High Peak district of Derbyshire. Carefully refurbished to offer all the comforts of a self-catering holiday, with old beams and stone fireplaces adding to its charm, the cottage is family and dog-friendly.

The sitting area offers a cosy place to relax at the end of the day with an open fire, leather suite, sofa bed, Satellite TV and Wifi. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with dining area and a family bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with king-sized bed and stone fireplace. The cottages has an enclosed garden with patio furniture and boasts stunning views of Peveril Castle.

There are pubs, restaurants and cafes in the village, with a post office and artisan bakery providing essential groceries, although we will ensure you have a welcome pack upon arrival to help you settle in. We are 2 miles away from The Pennine Way which is a favourite amongst walkers and cyclists, with many more walks leading form the village. There is also climbing, caving and hang-gliding nearby if you fancy something more exhilarating.
