A pretty home with an ivy-cladded exterior and beautiful beamed ceilings and stone fireplaces inside, the farmhouse is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and has easy access to excellent walking and cycling trails.

Spanning 3 floors, there is a spacious dining room on the ground floor with a large oak table for 14 to 16 guests. There is also a bespoke hand-painted kitchen with all the modern equipment you need, including a dishwasher. The lounge is on the first floor at the heart of the farmhouse with armchairs and attractive timber floors. There is also a study which can be used as an office or additional bedroom. There are 6 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms and a shower room. There are also laundry facilities in the utility room.

Outside the property, there is a front terrace for al fresco dining and an enclosed rear garden. Swiers is close to Carsington Water where you can try windsurfing, kayaking or fishing. The village also has a family friendly inn which serves excellent pub grub.
