Mount Pleasant Holidays

Mount Pleasant Holidays offers self-catering accommodation on a traditional Cornish farm outside Bodmin. Our cottages are nestled in 13 acres and guests have access to a shared indoor swimming pool. New owners, the Carey Family, offer a warm welcome and everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The cottages have been converted from former farm buildings, with contemporary décor complimenting the original architectural features. Wood View is a cosy cottage for 2 guests; ‘upside-down’ Treetops Cottage sleeps 4; Barn End, also for 4, is all at ground level and Owl’s Roost sleeps 5. We can supply highchairs and cots for families and all of our cottages allow dogs.

Guests are welcome to explore our farm and there are trails that lead directly onto Bodmin Moor. There are many interesting walks on the moor, including to the top of Brown Willy, the high point, at more than 1,300 feet. Other leisure activities available in the area include water sports on Siblyback Lake and Cardinham is a beautiful mixed woodland, popular with walkers, cyclists, and families.
