Copley Arms

The Copley Arms is a 17th century coaching inn in the picturesque small village of Hessenford, 4 miles west of St Germans. Family-run, The Copley has a warm, friendly atmosphere with good food, a well-stocked bar with local ales and ciders, a roaring fire in the winter, riverside seating in the summer and superb guest rooms. There is also large car park.

We have 4 double en suite rooms and 1 twin room with its own shower room. The rooms are in a separate adjacent cottage from the Copley and access can be gained either from the restaurant or from an external door. Room facilities include a Freesat television, free Wifi, hairdryer, alarm and beverage tray. Breakfast includes cereals, yoghurt, toast and a choice of full English breakfast or warm croissants as well as bread rolls, ham, cheese and scrambled or poached eggs on toast.

Hessenford provides a great base from which to explore and discover Cornwall and the south-west, including the popular resort of Looe (5 miles away), Seaton Valley Countryside Park, the Polperro Heritage Coast, Tamar Valley AONB and Plymouth.
