27 The Terrace

Welcome to 27 The Terrace, a beautiful Georgian townhouse in St Ives. This is a luxurious AA 5-Star rated guest house with 2 adjacent self-catering studio apartments. Dating back to 1810, the house has formerly been a residence for the Earl of Cowley and the Duke of Essex and has been sensitively refurbished to offer superb accommodation.

Each guest room offers stylish decor with stunning sea or garden views. All have twin or super king-sized beds, en suite facilities, luxury toiletries, LED HDTV, free Wifi, fridge, laptop safe and hospitality tray. In the morning, enjoy our AA award-winning breakfasts with a range of choices including a full English, vegetarian, smoked salmon and French toast. Guests are very welcome to sit in our walled garden with sun terrace and enjoy the views of the beach below.

Our 2 self-catering studios sleep 2 or 4 guests and have a lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Porthminster Beach and the town centre shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants are a short walk away and both the guest house and apartments have free car parking.
