Sweet Water Farm Bed and Breakfast and Hideaway Cottage offers an idyllic setting in the countryside near St Ives. This is a traditional warm and welcoming Cornish stone farmhouse and self-catering cottage nestled in 4 acres of grounds on a trout farm. There is plenty of parking available.

There are 3 guest rooms in the main house. All have a light and airy feel with TV, hairdryer and beverage tray. The double and twin rooms share the main bathroom with shower and roll top bath. The king sized room has its own en suite bathroom with Victorian bath. A delicious breakfast is served in the kitchen and includes homemade preserves.

Hideaway Cottage is a cosy stone-built self-catering holiday home for 4 guests. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 en suite double bedrooms, a private garden and car parking. There are plenty of lovely walks around the area both in inland and along the coastal path. St Ives has many beaches and a picturesque harbour, with many shops and places to eat.
