A warm welcome awaits at Bluebird Lodge Guest House and Coniston Water Apartments in the picturesque village of Coniston. With breath-taking fell views and a short walk to the lake made famous by Donald Campbell’s water speed attempt in the ‘Bluebird’, hence our name, our guests enjoy warm and friendly hospitality.

We offer comfortable guest rooms with free Wifi, a TV, hairdryer and beverage tray. All rooms have en suite facilities with our king size rooms offering spa baths as well. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement. Guests enjoy a delicious full Lakeland breakfast in the morning. We also offer a vegetarian breakfast, Eggs Benedict and homemade pancakes. Special diets are accommodated.

We also have 2 excellent first floor apartments; Coniston Water 1 and Coniston Water 2, which both sleep up to 4 guests, with contemporary facilities including dishwashers, Wifi and central heating. Coniston 1 is dog-friendly. There is a shared outdoor area and plenty of car parking.
