Broad How

Broad How is a self-catering holiday home for up to 14 guests in Patterdale. Built of attractive Lakeland stone and nestled in an acre of land at the foot of Place Fell, the house is surrounded by spectacular scenery. Ideal for group holidays, Broad How has been awarded a 4-Star rating from Visit England.

The interior is stylishly furnished and has central heating and Wifi throughout. There are 2 sitting rooms, a garden room and a games room which are equipped with Freesat TVs, Blu-Ray player, games console, pool table and 2 pianos between them. The fully-equipped Kitchen has a range-style stove, 2 dishwashers and a large farmhouse table. In addition, there are 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The Old Washhouse outside contains washing machines and a tumble dryer. The large garden offers a great place to relax and a children’s play area. There is also car parking. The cottage is situated near the southern tip of Ullswater, where you can walk, fish or take a steamer trip. There is also a local pub in the village.
