Bleng Barn Cottage

Bleng Barn Cottages are 2 self-catering holiday homes on a family-run farm near Gosforth village. Located in 250 acres of farmland in a secluded valley adjacent to a river, the cottages offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. Owners Isabelle and Thomas will ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Bleng Barn is part of the 18th century farmhouse and has sandstone archway and beamed ceilings. Catering for 8 to 10 guests with flexible bedroom arrangements, it is perfect for family reunions or group holidays. We also have Bleng Garth which is a luxurious bungalow for 6 guests, with a hot tub and private gardens.

There are plenty of pubs and places to eat in the village so you won’t get hungry or thirsty! The farm is a short drive away from the coastal resort town of Seascale with its Irish Sea views, long flat beach, excellent golf course and more. You can catch a train from the station and admire the views as it travels along the coastline.
