The Boundary

The Boundary provides luxury self-catering accommodation in Windermere in the South Lakes. In an excellent location for exploring everything that the National Park has to offer, the house is only 17 miles from the M6 and there is ample car parking. Windermere Station offers train and bus services to the surrounding area and the Lake Line connects with Oxenholme on the West Coast Main Line. From the station, the house is a 2-minute taxi journey or a 10-minute walk.

This holiday home sleeps up to 14 people in 7 en suite bedrooms. There is a contemporary and spacious dining kitchen, 3 reception rooms including the original sitting room with wood-burning stove, as well as a games room with a flat screen television and Sky Sports. There is also Wifi throughout, board games and a library in both the sitting room and the kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and a built-in barbeque.

Windermere is at the heart of the Lake District with England’s longest lake on the doorstep for sailing, watersports and lake cruises. Cycling, ghyll scrambling, rock climbing and paragliding are also popular. Enjoy views of the lake and surrounding fells from several viewpoints including Orrest Head. There are many shops, pubs and restaurants within easy distance of The Boundary.
