Upper Court Cottages present a range of elegant self-catering holiday cottages nestled in 15 acres of gardens near Kemerton. Once the grounds of a Georgian manor house, each property offers individual charm and character. Diana and Bill have been welcoming guests here for 40 years and will guarantee you a pleasant stay, whether you are looking for a romantic retreat or group holiday accommodation.

Our cottages sleep from 2 guests (plus a cot) in the Garden Flat and Dovecote Cottage, to 4 guests in the Stables, 6 in Courtyard Cottage and up to 10 guests in the 18th century Coach House with its spacious open plan sitting and dining area, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests are welcome to use the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, games room, lawn croquet, children’s playground or take a boat across the lake. There are also beauty treatments, pottery classes and we can provide exclusive bookings for weddings or corporate events. We also own The Crown Inn in the village which offers excellent pub meals, fine food and bed and breakfast accommodation.
