Nestled in the grounds of the 17th century Manor House of Newtimber Place, the cottages are surrounded by stunning scenery with a host of excellent walking and cycling opportunities. There is a gastro pub nearby and Brighton is only a 20-minute drive away.

Each cottage has been rated with an AA 4-Star Gold Award and provides contemporary amenities including fully-equipped kitchens with a dishwasher; free Wifi and car parking with an EV charging point. Orchard Cottage is a 3-bedroomed cottage in a secluded part of the grounds, sleeping 6 in an en suite king size master bedroom, a double and a twin bedroom. Moatside Cottages are a former stables and carpenter’s workshop overlooking the original moat. Both cottages can sleep 4 guests in a double and a twin room. There is secure storage for bicycles and heating is derived from a ground source heat pump.
