Sutton Park Hotel

The Sutton Park Guest House is located just 50 metres from the seafront and halfway between Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach, offering quality accommodation with free Wifi and a well-stocked licensed bar. We cater for couples, families and small groups and have bed and breakfast or room-only rates.

Owners Stewart and Gill won the "Hidden Gem of the North West” Award in 2017/18. Our guest reviews on TripAdvisor have also earned The Sutton Park a Certificate of Excellence. We have 10 en-suite bedrooms, both Standard and Superior twins and doubles, as well as a triple room and a family room with bunks in the same room and 2 family rooms with inter-connecting doors.

The rooms have hairdryers, irons and ironing boards and a flat screen TV or Smart TV. We have an extensive breakfast menu choice including a smoked fish selection. There are 2 car parking spaces accommodating 1 large and 1 small car. This is either bookable in advance, or on a first-come, first-served basis. It is free to park in our street and the surrounding streets. The train stations are also walkable or easily accessed by tram or taxi.
