Demdyke Cottage is a family-friendly cottage for 3 plus a small child, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom which can also be used as a twin. Device Cottage is a cosy cottage for 2 with a double bed which also has space for a cot. The Piggery is a single bed studio cottage which can be used as an add-on to the other properties or for lone travellers. Each cottage has panoramic views of the open fields and meadows, with a car parking space. Pets are also welcome with prior agreement.

The larger village of Barrowford is 2 miles away and sits on the confluence of the rivers Pendle Water and Colne Water, where trout can often be seen. There are plenty of shops, pubs and places to eat in the village and Barrowford is surrounded by beautiful countryside that is perfect for walking and cycling.
