Patty's Farm Barn

Patty’s Barn offers 10 beautiful self-catering cottages on the picturesque salt marshes of Cockerham Sands just south of Lancaster. Located near the seafront, which is teeming with wildlife, this location offers an idyllic setting to enjoy a relaxing break. The accommodation has Visit England 4-Star rated facilities.

We have a variety of cottages from cosy cottages for 2 people to family-sized cottages for 4 or 5 and those that can cater for 7 or 8 guests. All can be booked together for up to 54 guests if required. Each property is clean, comfortable and very well-equipped, including Wifi, and there is a shared launderette for guests to use. The play barn on-site includes a pool table, table tennis table and table football. There is also a barbeque area and fishing available on the marshes and you can enjoy excellent walks and cycling around the area. There is also a local sky diving school for the more adventurous!
