Swans Rest Holiday Cottages is set within 8 acres and offers an idyllic holiday setting surrounded by beautiful gardens, orchards and a large pond, near the town of Poulton-le-Fylde. Our self-catering cottages and lodges provide a scenic and peaceful location for a relaxing break. 4-Star rated by Visit England, pets are also welcome.

All our properties have free Wifi, TV, DVD player and well-equipped kitchens. There are timber built lodges including our largest, Woodpecker Lodge, which can accommodate 6 guests, in a double en suite master bedroom and 2 twin rooms, with its own private lakeside veranda.

There are also 5 cottages including the 1 bedroomed Mallard Cottage for 2 with double/twin bedroom or our 3 bedroomed Swallow Cottage for 6 with 2 double rooms and a twin room. There is a shared laundry room for all properties, ample car parking and lovely walks around the grounds.
