This Grade II listed property dates back to 1753 and is situated adjacent to Hall Leys Park, offering a quiet and peaceful setting, only a short walk from all the amenities in the town centre.

The main lounge has a log burning stove in an original stone fireplace, sofas, a TV and DVD player. There is a second sitting room, which was once the old kitchen; a dining room with large oak table and beautiful oak panelled walls; a kitchen including a range cooker, dishwasher and larder fridge, and there is laundry equipment in the utility room.

Derwent House has 6 bedrooms, spanning the first and second floors, 4 of which have their own en suite facilities. Outside is a beautiful courtyard area with outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as car parking along the front of the house. There is secure storage for bicycles and outdoors equipment.
