Homestead Farm B&B

Homestead Farm offers welcoming bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation in the pretty village of Elton in the Derbyshire Dales. Pets are welcome and there is ample car parking outside. There is a village shop and pub close by, with the White Peak Way passing through the village for walkers. Hosts Jean and Alan offer a warm welcome to all guests.

The B & B accommodation is situated in the main farmhouse and is Visit England 4-Star rated. The 2 guest rooms are spacious, equipped with their own en suite facilities, have double or king size beds, a seating area, TV, Wifi, and beverage tray. There is a guest lounge available. A full English or continental breakfast is included and we can provide alternatives for special diets and evening meals by arrangement.

Our beautiful self-catering cottage comprises the sensitively-refurbished stables and also offers 4-Star rated facilities, sleeping 4 guests, plus a cot. The open plan living area has comfortable seating, a TV, Wifi, electric fire and dining table / chairs. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, with a wrought iron spiral staircase leading upstairs to the double and twin bedrooms.
