Hayesbank Guest House is ideally located in Ashford, with ample guest parking. The town centre is only 5 minutes’ walk and Ashford International Railway Station is only a mile-and-a-half away, providing a gateway to the continent, where you can travel onward to Lille, Brussels and Paris. The M20 motorway Junction 10 is also just a 3-minute drive. Hayesbank has been recently refurbished and is a friendly and relaxed home-away-from-home, with excellent hospitality courtesy of Manager Gabriel and the staff team.

There are a variety of rooms to cater for all requirements and budgets. All bedrooms are equipped with free Wifi, a TV and hospitality tray. Budget Rooms have shared bathrooms and Standard Rooms have their own en suite shower facilities. Choose from single, double and twin rooms, with our Family Executive Rooms sleeping up to 4, with a private bathroom. Breakfast is £6.00 and is served in the morning freshly prepared-to-order, offering a choice of either a Continental or Full English. Special diets / requests are catered for with prior notice, at this time due to Covid we are not serving breakfast.
