Mount Ephraim Country House and Gardens

Mount Ephraim Country House and Gardens is a privately-owned family home comprising of over 800 acres of woodland, pasture and a fruit farm, with bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation near Faversham. It is also the perfect venue for weddings, special events and conferences.

There are 5 luxurious guest rooms, each with their own beautiful style and decor. All are equipped with comfortable king size beds, a TV, Wifi, hairdryer, beverage tray and en suite bathroom. Butler has a feature freestanding bath in the bedroom so guests can enjoy stunning garden views whilst having a soak! Breakfast is included in room rates.

The Garden Wing is a delightful self-contained property catering for up to 12 guests comprising a spacious sitting room, kitchen/diner, games room, 6 double bedrooms and outside terrace. There is ample car parking and guests can enjoy complimentary access to the gardens. Private dining can also be arranged if required.
