Brantgate Bed and Breakfast offers a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation in the peaceful hamlet of Mosedale, mid way between Penrith and Keswick in the northern Lake District. Each of our lovely guest bedrooms is individually decorated and includes all that you need for a restful stay including tea and coffee facilities, the view from both of these rooms is looking east across the valley over a patchwork of fields and woodland. We pride ourselves on serving you a hearty traditional cooked breakfast to prepare you for the rigours of the day ahead. We make a point of using, where possible, local Cumbrian produce and with advance notice we can cater for any special dietary requirements.
The house nestles in the shadow of Carrock Fell and offers superb and unspoilt scenery in a quieter area of the Lakes, yet is just 15 minutes from Keswick. We are ideally positioned not only to explore the rest of Cumbria and the Lake District National Park, but the Scottish Borders, Hadrians Wall, the North Pennines and the Eden Valley. A haven for walkers and sightseeing. Evening meals are available from local pubs and eateries.
