The House at Woolverton is a relaxed bed and breakfast situated in a pretty village setting, between Bath and Beckington. Nestled in the grounds of a former monastery, the house was built in the 1960s as a rectory, with original Gothic-style architecture. The magical gardens, with a brook and pond, can also be enjoyed by guests.
Stay in the House, Coach House or The Snug. All 11 rooms have a private bath / shower room, complimentary toiletries, TV, Wifi, mini bar, beverage tray and king or super king sized beds. Rooms in the Coach House have a futon sofa bed for any accompanying children. A delicious breakfast is served in the morning.
The rustic lounge bar provides an alternative space in which to relax and play game of pool. The House can also provide a venue for weddings or other special events. There is plenty of car parking and the friendly village pub is within a short walk. The town of Frome is 10 minutes’ drive and Bath is about 20 minutes.
