Marnwood Holiday Lets offers 2 luxurious and characterful self-catering holiday cottages on a 19th century country estate near Ironbridge. Close to the banks of the River Severn and 20 minutes’ walk or 3 minutes’ drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge, this accommodation is perfectly placed for visiting the historic attractions and excellent local amenities.

The School House is a 200-year-old stone-built cottage renovated from a former school. Sleeping 4, it contains many interesting features including exposed stone work, an elegant wooden staircase and a beamed vaulted ceiling. There is an open plan living area, 2 bedrooms in the gallery area either side, and a bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate shower enclosure.

The Lodge is all on ground floor level making it ideal for young families or those with mobility difficulties. Sleeping 4, it has a quirky ‘u’ shaped living area, and 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms featuring Jacuzzi baths and a shower over. Both properties have a well-equipped kitchen, garden and secure parking behind electric gates. Dogs are welcome with prior agreement.
