Boasting stunning views across to the famous Royal Crescent, Grays is set in a spacious 140-year-old Victorian villa in a quiet residential area with on-site car parking, which is often difficult to find in the city. We are approximately 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Our bed and breakfast has only 12 bedrooms which are all immaculately presented. Grays has a range of rooms spread over 3 floors from Classic Doubles, to Loft Rooms and Deluxe 4-Poster rooms, all with luxury en-suite facilities. Rooms also have a flat screen Freeview TV, Wifi, hospitality tray, hairdryer and high-quality complimentary toiletries. We offer a wide range of freshly-prepared breakfast choices and/or Continental breakfast, as well as seasonal fresh berries, fruit, cereals and yoghurt using locally-sourced foods wherever possible.

Please be aware that we do not accept infants or children under 12 and that the maximum occupancy for rooms is 2 people.
