The Gungate Guest Accommodation

The Gungate offers excellent AA 3-Star rated accommodation in a beautiful Victorian building and adjacent Coach House. It is ideal for family, business and leisure travellers and situated within walking distance of Tamworth town centre, castle and the train station. The Gungate is also only 3.7 miles from Drayton Manor Theme Park.

We have 6 guest rooms in the Coach House and 4 in the main house. All are recently refurbished rooms have en-suites, beverage trays, toiletries, hairdryers and flat screen TVs. There are 2 large family rooms that also have baby cots if required. The property has a fully licensed bar, large spacious TV lounge, and is noted for its very friendly and homely atmosphere. A delicious freshly prepared breakfast, using local produce is cooked to order.
