Mount Cottage

Mount Cottage is a beautifully-converted 17th century traditional stone barn building offering self-catering accommodation in Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire. Sensitively refurbished, it retains many of its original characteristics, coupled with a host of up-to date amenities. The cottage is Visit England 4-Star rated and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Inside, there is a cosy lounge with a sofa and TV/DVD player, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and dining table / chairs. The double and twin bedroom upstairs have beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams. There is central heating and Wifi throughout.br />
The cottage has a garden with a barbeque, garage and roadside car parking. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. Set in a quiet corner of Shropshire, Bishop’s Castle has a range of independent shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, microbreweries, museums and a weekly market.
