Maengwynedd Log Cabins

Maengwynedd Log Cabins, near the village of Llanrhaedr in Mid Wales, comprise traditional pine lodges and a Welsh cottage surrounded by open fields and scenic, undulating hills. Rated 4 or 5 stars by Visit Wales the accommodation is all very well-equipped with facilities for a self-catering holiday.

Our 3 log cabins have open plan living areas featuring Freesat TV, Wifi, kitchens including a dishwasher and a dining area. Outside there is a decked area, a utility room with laundry facilities and private hot tub. We have 2 lodges that can cater for 6 people in 3 bedrooms or our Caban Haf which has full wheelchair access and can offer accommodation for 4 people. The cabins have central heating powered by a biomass boiler.

Ty Gwyn is a 17th century cottage in Llanarmon catering for 6 in the Ceiriog Valley. It is as well-equipped as the cabins, with 3 bedrooms and also has an enclosed back garden and hot tub. There is walking, cycling, mountain biking and horse riding opportunities in the local area. You can also visit the amazing Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall or Chirk Castle. We are also only a car's drive from Oswestry, Llangollen, Chester, Snowdonia and North Wales.
