Oakpond Cottages

Oakpond Cottages provide luxurious self-catering accommodation on a cattle farm just 6 miles outside of Whitchurch. Nestled in the heart of the Shropshire countryside, our guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment courtesy of owners Bev and Mark. Families are welcome and we have dog-friendly cottages and stabling for 2 visiting horses.

Our dog-friendly cottages are Oakpond for 2 to 6 guests and Oakwood for 4 guests. Oakpond has 3 bedrooms including a king size master bedroom, a twin room and double room. Oakwood is an attractive bungalow with a king size bedroom and a twin room. Oaktree is our Gold-rated cottage offering accommodation for couples. It has a bedroom with king size bed and a balcony where you can admire the stunning views across to Jodrell Bank.

Oakpond and Oaktree can also be booked together for groups of up to 8 if required. All our cottages have access to a shared launderette and guests can book our Frog Retreat; a hydrotherapy spa with mood lighting and shower to ease away any stresses! There are many local walks, bridleways and cycleways to enjoy in the area and there are lots of attractions within an easy drive, including Chester, Wrexham, The Potteries and Shrewsbury.
