The Old Police Station

The Old Police Station in Shrewsbury is an elegant first floor apartment in a former Victorian Police Station building on a quiet residential street, only a few minutes’ walk from the historic central market square and with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Offering a comfortable place for 2 guests, there is a dedicated parking space for guests’ sole use throughout your stay.

The apartment has an open plan living area with comfortable chairs, a TV, Wifi connection and a music system. There is also a fully-fitted kitchenette including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bedroom can be set up with twin beds or a king size bed and there is a bathroom with a bath and shower over. There is also secure storage for bicycles in the basement.

Shrewsbury is a market town whose centre is defined by a large loop of the River Severn which surrounds it. Within the loop are higgledy-piggledy streets, timber-framed buildings, a castle dating back to the 11th century, Shrewsbury Abbey, a 16th century market hall and a 29 acre park with a floral masterpiece called The Dingle.
