The Old Police Station (TOPS)

The Old Police Station in Shrewsbury offers six apartments in a former Victorian Police Station building on a quiet residential street, only a few minutes’ walk from the historic central market square and with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Offering a comfortable place for 2 guests, there is a dedicated parking space for guests’ sole use throughout your stay.

At The Old Police Station we have six apartments all two bed with varying arrangements eg some have ensuites, some have one bathroom, some have a cloakroom and two sleep five people others sleep four so have different bed configurations. There is also secure storage for bicycles in the basement.

Shrewsbury is a market town whose centre is defined by a large loop of the River Severn which surrounds it. Within the loop are higgledy-piggledy streets, timber-framed buildings, a castle dating back to the 11th century, Shrewsbury Abbey, a 16th century market hall and a 29 acre park with a floral masterpiece called The Dingle. We welcome dogs but not other pets, no cats or other animals.
