Ivy Guest House

Ivy Guest House, owned by Roz and Darren, is a friendly place to stay in the village of Hawkshead, providing an ideal base for exploring the Lake District National Park. Set in the magnificent Vale of Esthwaite in the heart of the Lakes, the village is just north of Esthwaite Water, west of Windermere and east of Coniston Water.

Double, twin, family-sized and 4-poster bedrooms at the guest house all have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, a TV, Wifi and beverage tray. Dogs are welcome and there is free car parking outside. After a sound night’s sleep, guests can enjoy a full English breakfast or vegetarian option.

There are a great many excellent walks and cycleways to explore in and around the area and sailing or fishing is also popular. Roz and Darren can offer help and advice about what to see and do throughout your visit if needed. Hawkshead is a picturesque village with cobbled streets, village shops, bakeries, cafes and boutiques.
