Southlands Farm Cottages are owned by Dee and Charles whom will offer a warm welcome to their beautiful smallholding in Gunnerton near Hexham, Hadrians Wall and the historic market town of Corbridge. With 4 elegantly presented stone cottages offering self-catering accommodation and surrounded by the stunning Northumberland scenery, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We provide a perfect venue for weddings, special events or group holidays.

Each cottage has its own charm and character, with elegant furnishings and modern amenities. West Cottage offers space and luxury for 4 guests, with an open plan living area featuring a wood burning stove in the inglenook fireplace and a double and twin en suite bedrooms upstairs. East Cottage offers elegance and style for 4 guests, with a spiral staircase from the living room to the mezzanine bedrooms. Middle Cottage is a homely place to stay for 2 or can be booked with East Cottage for groups of 6 people. It has handmade stairs leading to the cosy en suite double bedroom. The Hayloft is a cosy hideaway for 2 guests, with access by external stone steps and a split level living space in the loft featuring beautiful vaulted ceilings. Dogs are welcome.
